Gold Claw - Purple Combo - Simple and Fast, Just Shake and Tilt to Get The Gold

I am still learning but so far this pan works really well! I can pan material down pretty quickly now that I have learned that this pan works best with it kept in the water while you release the lighter material. I stratify the material and then I dip the end of the pan into the water and 'pull' out the lighter material by moving back and forth. What I really love is that I can use this pan one-handed which comes in handy when I am in a creek and needing to hang on to something while bending over and panning.

I ran across the Gold Claw by happenstance and purchased it on a whim. I am happy I did and even more so, the owner called to make ensure Amazon's database correctly captured the size and color I actually ordered. My significant other and I plan on using the Gold Claw on our next adventure and then purchasing a larger one as well.

i watched many demo videos and was very skeptical about this being just a gimmick with a good sales promotion. I’ve never panned for gold at all and am planning a vacation to Montana so I want to learn. This was one of three kits I bought to try and I was able to recover the test gold and some extra I purchased to learn with and on my first try I recovered far more than I expected and it was easy and fast! I am very pleased!

I’m a beginner and this is my first pan. I came across the gold claw by watching Vo-Gus Prospecting on YouTube. The pay dirt, that was part of the bundle had several specs of gold in it, which was very helpful to me, because our little creek has so much mica in it, that I really needed to know how gold actually looks like. What a fantastic gold pan, works great. So much faster and easier than the usual gold pan, nice size to take along with you too. I was a little leery about ordering one but have heard so many good things about it I had to, I'm glad I did.

Was a great surprise to discover how fast is this pan.I still don't have the confidence that i have with a standard pan, but it can be overcome with experience.Sure that I always carry it with me when i have to prospect, it is very fast, no need to classify, all you need to do is to remove the larger stones.Strongly recommended!

Works as advertised, much easier than traditional panning! Easily got down to the Black Sands without losing what I didn't want to lose. I was even able to pan in my green standard gold pan just to catch anything I might accidentally drop. I need another one.

The unique designe of this pan holds the gold very well, and makes it easy to process large amounts of material fast. I still prefer my standard gold pan however, if I was planning to pan in an area that did not allow slices, or other equipment, I would only use this pan. It is all you need to move a large amount of dirt and get to the gold fast.

I wanted to like this product, I really did - was very much looking forward to it. I had been looking for a seller locally (in Australia) and came across Gold Claw Au (AU being Australia's country code). I ordered the clear one as opposed to the Prime option of blue. It appears only blue is stocked within Australia; the clear was to be sent from seller in the USA. I won't get into how that crosses into slightly dodgy territory under Australian consumer law where a producted is represented in a particular way and only after buying it turns out it's rather different. Anyway accepted that until I noticed that in the tracking destination code was "AT", not "AU". Yes be very careful my fellow Australians and when you order from Gold Claw Au, make sure to advise you are from AUSTRALIA or it may end up like mine - on its way to AUSTRIA. It will probably have a nice life there in the dead letter office because given the country is landlocked there are no town or city names with "beach" in them - that's where it will end up.To be fair the seller refunded my payment immediately and gave me a "sorry about that" - but alas there is a goldclaw-shaped hole in my heart now and I may never know how good a pan it could be...

Absolutely FANTASTIC. I can process more pans quicker than I could with any pan. I catch more gold and hold on to it without having to concentrate. Even my 10yr old daughter can pan with this pan and holds onto the gold.

Have not used it in the field but I did use it on some store bought pay and works as advertised.
