Carbide cutters on 2 out of 8 fingers delaminates after a second pass
I purchased this router bit to butt join 1 x 8 pine boards. When cutting the first set of fingers, two top carbide cutters broke off the bit on one side. I was taking light progressive passes into the end grain. I was able to continue cutting the boards with one side of the bit after that, but I know it will be just a matter of time until the other side will give up as well.
