How to return it as its has already been assembled.
I am disappointed in this product, after having it assembled it was discovered to be on three wheels instead of four. I wish to return this ASAP.

Seat back seems too short to sit confortably
The flexible seat back is too short to sit comfortably for my mother. Is longer soft seat back or bar available? Seems very sturdy so it would be a shame to return it because of this problem.
