Very concentrated so don’t need much. I make up a bottle of it, quite strong, then have it iced throughout the day. Melting ice dilutes it and it’s icy cold. Nice taste, refreshing.

This is the best I have tried. Concentrated and effective. Great taste and makes a lovely drink.

I love this stuff for a 'sleepy girl mocktail', and I think it really does help me sleep. For those who don't know a sleepy girl cocktail is this cherry juice, 2x magnesium glysinate supplements (without the capsule shell), lemonade and ice. I use san Pellegrino lemonade which makes it a little tart - perfect. These cherries are known for their benefits to aid sleep - somehow converting or promoting melatonin which is what makes us sleepy. This is very tart juice that can be diluted with just water if you like that mouth pursing tartness (I do), but when added with lemonade its incredible - I'm not sure if the sugar content of the lemonade cancels out the health benefits of the cherry juice though. oh. This is a 500ml bottle that will last a while as you only need a small amount of it, but it is expensive - when there's an offer on, the price becomes a lot more palatable. I'm not sure if there's added sugar in this or if it's just from the fruit but when I have it without lemonade I definitely feel a bit of a sugar spike - which isn't ideal before bed. I have given it four stars because of the lack of transparency around sugar/s and the price - we know that this was cheaper before it became 'Tik Tok famous'.

Seems to be as good as what I previously ourchased and a fraction of the price. Healthy. Do good for people with gout as well!! Many hidden benefits.
