A great value
This tub filler has been a great buy for us. It was 1/3rd the price of the "name" brands and delivers equal or better performance, appearance and ease of installation. The supple lines were too short (not their fault) but they custom made and shipped me new ones within a week. I highly recommend this filler

Great faucet and awesome customer service
We purchased our faucet 3 years ago, it looks great, was fairly easy to install and is very sturdy. I broke the handheld shower attachment last week and needed a replacement ASAP. Customer service answered the phone after business hours and had a replacement delivered in 3 days. They were very responsive and awesome to work with.

awaiting custom hoses
This faucet is great for the price. Plumber said it has everything it needs, is good quality. But I need custom hoses. Have called the company and they'll ship. Will update once it's installed.It's beautiful. Looks Great with my tub so far.

I can install it properly because the flex hose is 5” too long to install properly. Customer service has been very responsive and sending me a new hose. Once installed I will test and adjust rating accordingly

Great looking faucet
Upon receiving the faucet, I took everything out of the box and did a little “mock” setup to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was as it should be and all parts were present. The matte black finish is exactly what I was looking for! The only issue was the length of the supply lines. They’re too long. I’m on a concrete slab so there’s no wiggle room. I contacted the manufacturer customer service and they’re immediately sending me the correct length supply lines I need. I’m very happy with their service! It was so easy and the service representative was very nice. I would definitely purchase this brand again.

great product. Just keep in mind that the supply lines are 30 inches long, so plan accordingly.
The product looks good, the base is sturdy. The only issue is that the supply lines are 30 inches long and they do not fit my set up. I called their number and they said that they will send the length that I need. Looking forward to having it running. Looks good otherwise.
