The charger does exactly what it says it does......the Chargermander however....does not. It did not include a charger. It charges with a micro USB instead of a usb-c even if the phone uses USB C to charge. The Chargermander DOES NOT FAST CHARGE YOUR PHONE. If you use a new Samsung phone, this thing dies faster than it charges. When I asked GGTR about it, they said they just make a few of these to fit as many phones as possible so a fast charging device wasn't possible. They said and I quote "So enjoy your device charging at "normal" speed" even though it SLOW charges and I provided pictures to them......*facepalm* Also it took a month to get here because they come from China if you buy them from the ACTUAL website...they don't tell you that before you buy them even though they had them on Amazon Prime. It was like I ordered it on WISH.....The one received was so big, it could work with the Note 9. I have an S9. Think about that. Plan on it being the case too because you cannot use it with ANY case. It also claims that the Chargermander is fragile so if you drop it the Chargermander and the phone are in jeopardy. It was a cool idea but for as big as this thing is and for what it costs and how the fact it is made in China, the tech should be in it to provide charging options for different phones, a bigger battery because I have a 10000mah that is smaller and thin enough that actually FAST Charges my phone that would fit in the this thing and last but not least I mean......it didn't even come with a charging USB cord....no cord for a MOBILE BATTERY.....At the end of the day, they speed charger I bought for it did exactly what it says it does, but what you would buy this for is not worth it. Save your money.
