Billiard Evolution Screw-On Tips for Pool Cues - Hard

As many would suggest its always better to have your cue tip glued on by a professional compared to just screwing a new one on. However, not all cues are created equal and sometimes you just need a good screw. These tips are easy to screw on and off whenever its necessary. Good quality leather means they will last a while. They are also shaped so all you need is some chalk and you are ready to shoot.

Quality not consistent with all the tips. Some were made well and others look like someone tried to handcut. the plastic were also inconsistent with quality. I am not going to return these but if I need new tips again I'd try a different make/brand

These came in today for my old cue that I'm switching to a break cue. I used to use soft tips, but run into the mushrooming issue on harder hit shots. I haven't used these yet, but they seem to be pretty tough for being screw on tips. The picture does do it justice, they are shaped with a curve but might need a little shaping. I only gave these a 4 star rating because they are screw on tips as opposed to the glue on style and that I have yet to use them. I would strongly recommend these if you plan on getting into some more serious pool playing without buying a $300+ cue. Afterall, an expensive cue with a bad tip will tend to lose against a bad cue with an excellent tip. Happy with my purchase.UPDATE: Played last night (for many hours) at a local pool playing establishment. Could not be happier with these tips! Highly, highly recommended! Will definitely be using my old cue for breaking now. Buy one, buy many!

great tips.April 10 update: great tips. So far none peeled off or got loose. very hard tips.

Super easy to put on. Takes away the hassle from gluing and shaping a new tip. These tips are really hard, similar to what you would find on a basic bar set of sticks. Great for breaking, but hard to put English on the ball.

I just got a pool table and some stick with my new home purchase. Some of the cues had the screw on tips that were missing. These fit perfectly on the cues and were much easier to replace than the glue on tips.
