So you really do get what you pay for. These are cheap looking, they have a very odd bluish hue to them, which again also makes them look cheap. The backing glue is in strips and as the tiles are so thin, this banding can on some of the tiles be seen as sleight shading on the front face. They are easy to cut, but don't stick down very well, so easy to reposition, but they won't stay stuck for long. If you need a really cheap fix and you don't care what they look like (For a rental perhaps) then fine, otherwise, spend a little more and look elsewhere.

I ordered the white marble ones which I had read on another review that they have a blue hue, and they really really do! Don’t overlook this when buying because it makes a difference to the room. When putting the tiles down they were easy to do however I did also use a spray adhesive just as a back up, I did find that there would be odd gaps every now and then and I’ll admit our room is not level nor square (it’s an old building) I did find there would be some gaps in the joins. The pack covers a VERY small area, definitely purchase almost double the amount of packs you think you need. Overall, I don’t hate them and you can make them work and you can do it all yourself. But as for being a cheaper alternative I’m not entirely sure because I underbought and found I need a lot more so it’s probably not ending up being a cheaper option, plus the colour was disappointing.
