I have a dynamo printer, so rather than use the fill-in portions, I made labels with all the info including the microchip number and vet info. Placed this on both the keychain (very visible - catches the eye!) and the wallet card. Very sturdy too. Great value. Now I don't have to worry that if I get hurt that no one will think to check on my buddy.

I like the fact that it was made in the USA but I didn’t like when you tried to write your info on the card, I would wipe right off. I tried several pens ball point, gel, and finally I used a sharpie….it didn’t smudge.

I live alone with my pet, jazz. I’ve often wondered what would happen to her if for some reason I couldn’t get home to provide her with food and water. I found these online and they are the perfect solution. I also got some for my friends who also are single with pets. I highly recommend these. A simple solution to a serious problem.

Love it! My husband is out to sea a lot and if something happened to me my dogs would be home alone for who knows how long. So this is a must have in my wallet at all times. Definitely recommend. Especially to singles, or someone who’s partner is gone a lot for work!

Remembering the panic of my aunt when she suffered a broken jaw and arm in a fall and couldn't communicate to the ER staff in speech or writing about her diabetic cat at home alone, I've always worried about leaving our two cats by themselves and then perhaps having a car accident or suffering a stroke when away from home. I carried a handwritten note tucked behind my driver's licence, but this card and keytag are much more visible. I showed them to our vet, who knows that she may be contacted in an emergency and will send a staff member to collect the cats and board them as long as necessary. I also gave the name of a neighbour who has a key to our condo and can let in the vet clinic staff member. My concern has been lessened considerably. I bought two sets and my husband also carries a card and keychain tag, more to humour me because he thinks I'm too pessimistic.
