Wonderful, light, easy to put up, lots of space.
Brilliant! This has been an absolutely fantastic addition to our beach gear. It’s about a 1/2 mile walk and this is no bother to carry and set up. The photo is of the first time we set it up, and it was fine, but we got even better at it. You can easily fit 4 people in this set up and we also bought 2 extra poles. Today was windy and we stretched it further and buried the bags. Wonderful, stayed up great! Even my husband, who was sceptical at first, loves it. Thinking about getting a gigante sized Neso too!

Limited use when windy
Overall quality is great. Good bag too. Will require a degree of supervision when moderately windy like an umbrella would be and will probably need some stones to weigh down. Overall pleased with it though.

Fantastic Item for the Beach
We love the beach but need shade from the hot sun, Did a load of research and came across these style beach shades, We'd be used to normal beach umbrellas and usuall buy one or two while away for our two weeks vacation but they offer small areas of shade and usually dont survive the windy beach we visit, pluswe then have to leave them behind and buy all over again the following yearThe Neso Grande was outstanding on our recent trip. My wife was super impressed with it as was I, I'd watched some youtube video reviews and it helped with erecting it as the beach does usally have high winds, and after day 2 I had it down perfect, It easily dealt with constant winds in the mid to high 20kph and some days sustained winds in the 30+ kph and gust closer to 40kph, We did have a couple days with 50+ kphs winds and we decided against visiting the beach then, got loads of admiring glances as we had such comfort under shade and one of the beach sellers called it our Palace, a nickname we now call our Neso Shade.Do your research regards erecting correctly and I dont see any problems, we're going to buy 2 additional poles, and It fits easily into a large checked suitcase no problem and was lightweight enough to carry to the beach. All in all an absolutely outstanding product, and I'll have no hesitation in recommending it or buying another when time comes to replace this one

Portable all day sun shelter big enough for 4 to 6 people
Well designed and easily carried to the beach in its own napsack.Only takes a couple of minutes to set up and provides plenty of shade.Tips:Use plenty of damp sand and be prepared to "tweak" position to gain correct tension.Face one side (with the poles) directly towards prevailing breeze.Be aware, can become unstable in higher winds and/or wind direction changes.Takes up quite a bit of beachfront compared to a parasol, so may be an issue on a popular beach where space is a premium.Packs down quickly and best to fold up so guide ropes don't get tangled up.

Sturdy, shady and a headturner
We visit Croyde Bay every year and as our family group increases want to ensure we have a visible base for the kids to come back to when out on the beach, plus obv's all essential shade for all. Having seen similar shades in the USA we were thrilled to find something so uncommon (colour and shape) and versatile.Love the drinks cooler in the bag, v light weight and easy to erect (with a budd). We do recommend you overfill the bag and bury the bag in the sand and point the tall poles into the wind somewhay, then you're all set.Great for shading our paddleboard (which is 3.6m long). Plus 6 kids and a few grownups

Basic Design Weaknesses
There are three major design problems:1) after one day of use the corners started to tear, so we ended up tying them up.2) after one week of use both poles broke in moderate wind3) the strings attaching the sand baskets to the tent are too short, making the shade unstable and putting too much pressure on the poles.Overall, complete waste of money only after a few days of use in Greece.

Very very pleased
Wasn’t sure whether this would be good but so easy to put up looks great excellent shade superior to parasol, space for at least 4 comfortably you can stand up in it creates your own space on beach and found it protects against Cornish seagulls stealing lunch ! Withstands moderate breeze as well

Did the job, but overpriced and quality doesn't inspire confidence.
Similar to another reviewer I was disappointed with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. The shade itself is great, but the reinforcement material on the corners and the grommets and stitching are substandard. And it's not a cheap item! That said, it performed well even with some gusty wind at the beach.. you just have to make sure you load the sand bags plenty. I used wet sand and also buried them in the holes made by digging the sand and packing more sand on top. Plus working out a good angle for the poles in the wind.Overall am happy with it, but I do feel it's overpriced. I was going to purchase another brand but there were no UK distributors and didn't want the hassle of import tax and delays given we were going on holiday very soon.It did a good job but I lack confidence in the product quality and feel I may end up having to do some repair work on it myself after some further use.
