France Luxe Skinny Flex Chignon Pin - Nacro Black

I didn't know if this would work for me. I have fine hair, somewhere between chin and shoulder length but enough to pull back in a small ponytail or clip. Watching a couple Youtube videos was really helpful in figuring out how to insert the hair fork and then flip it to create tension and poke it through the rest of the way. It totally works and stays in my slippery hair all day. I even fell asleep with it in wet hair after a shower and was surprised that it stayed in all night. I reach for it more often than ponytail holders or clips. The pattern of the onyx pin is beautiful and the pin itself is really well made. It flexes in my hair and doesn't create any lines in my hair or pressure points on my scalp like a ponytail holder or clip would, but it's able to create tight enough tension to stay put. I like this way more than I thought I would and will buy another one to have more colors.

It’s a little bit flimsy and smaller than I thought. It also took a bit to get here. The color is really pretty though and it works well enough.

I've finally found a way to put my hair up and have it stay up. I have fine, wavy hair. I've tried everything. I'm not a fan of giant hair clips, so I usually end up with my hair down or resort to a ponytail. If I twist and wrap my ponytail around the base and tuck the ends in, all I need to do is push this little hair pin through it. I will be ordering more of these. The quality is excellent. It's very pretty, and it works.

looks great on my hair, it works if your hair is thin and short to medium lengthdo not recommend it for thick hair , it doesn’t bend and will break

I have been trying for years to replace some large hairpins that were strong enough to hold my hair and these are the first that I’ve found!!! They are the perfect weight (not bulky and support sleek hair styles), yet control thick hair —and they look great! Love the neutral tortoise shell that goes with everything!

Looks good but slips out of my hair..too loose/big. Not advertised correctly as to size etc.

This pin is really beautiful and well made. However, you must be careful to angle it well when putting it in, or it will slide out if you have thick or heavy hair. I can only use this for buns... not french twists, because it falls right out.

I returned this. It was really pretty but scary flexible. It definitely would break in thick hair. If you have fine hair then I could see this working but medium to thick hair ppl stay away!
