Im short. So using this as a base for my fish finder mount didnt work great for me. Ended up moving to one of the side rails for easier access. Works as it is supposed to just not great for me

KAYAK - Fishfinder
I purchased this for my Perception Outlaw Kayak, I needed to place my fishfinder in the center, instead of in the way on the side rail. This was extremely useful for that. I've seen reviews how it doesn't stay tight, but I just clamped it with some vice grips and it hasn't moved at all!

Screws in and out with no problems. Hasn't come loose on any of the several trips its been mounted for.

Kind of pricey I think
Bought this for my nephew and he loved it. Said it was a perfect fit. Kind of pricey for all it is but it does work

Be sure to get the correct size.
Awesome accessory for adding ram mounts to your perception kayak. Be sure to check size of your ram mounts there are two sizes of solo mounts 1" and 1.5". The only issue I have with this is it can loosen up over time so make sure to check it regularly.

Works as should, very expensive fkr whatnit is but Perception Kayak gives you no other option if you want to use the build in mlunting areas
