My 3 year old wanted to be a creepy clown and this was the one he picked. He enjoyed wearing it but did have trouble with the strings around the wrists and ankles. They would not stay tied no matter how many knots I ties and frayed almost immediately and got in the way for most of the night. Over all it looks well made but up close it is a little iffy. We got the 4 year size since he is on the taller side and knew it would be a little big for him. It was almost too big and super long.

This scary clown costume is just what we needed for Halloween! The shiny silver fabric and creepy details like the red pom-poms and frilly collar make it stand out and give off the perfect horror movie vibe. My child loved the ruffle lace bell sleeves and had so much fun in the costume. The sizing was pretty accurate too, but I’d recommend double-checking the size chart to be sure. The only reason for one less star is that the material is a bit thin, so we layered underneath for warmth. Overall, it’s a fantastic costume that really delivers on the spooky factor!

BesserBay creepy clown outfit set is excellent! I was surprised on the attention to detail and quality! For the value this is incredibly well made! I used as a Halloween prop for the front yard. Stuffed the top and bottoms to mimic a classic clown from the movies. Nice soft and smooth material if using for a child will need to wear something warmer underneath since is satin like material - true to size but with needing to layer for warmth while trick or treating may want to order a size up. Good seams, no loose strings, and durable to not come apart with movement to last for many uses. Recommend!
