I have a 2' X 6' butcher block top work bench inside the home. I do gun work and other mechanical work on top of this table that involves solvents, oils, and other fluids. I have a vinyl work mat on the bench for the nasty stuff, but they are never big enough to cover the whole top. This product will prevent splash and runoff from getting directly on the wood, and its material is designed perfectly for that. Plus its rubber back keeps the pad in place and keeps things quiet and stationary instead of rolling around and slipping on the vinyl mat or tabletop. May not be what it was intended for, but it works great as a protective absorbent, non-slip work surface.

Sometimes I get water in the basement after it rains. This mat is the right size to keep the water from spreading all over the floor. Highly recommended. ;) :)

This replaced a big piece of cardboard which had accumulated too much wear and embedded debris. This mat clean up easily and is convenient for working under the car.

Works great. If it were a tad heavier, it would be a better product for outdoor use/driveway use. The wind will push it around. Won’t have that issue in a garage. I just use rocks to hold it in place.

Purchased this to catch occasional oil/fluid leaks, it did pretty well at absorbing minor fluid, but this may is SO thin it blows away with a gust of wind, you’re better off buying a cheap durable door mat/carpet.

Contain oil drip to ground or parking lot.

These make concrete floors non skid if it gets wet, oil spills etc.

Just installed an ArmorAll garage mat covering the entire garage floor, and wanted "something" that would catch any drips during and after oil changes on my 4-wheeler. This catches the drips, and keeps them off the complete garage floor mat, so that it stays clean and looks like it should. It is a sacrificial mat that protects the bigger floor covering, and can actually be cleaned with a bit of soap and water and the pressure washer.

I saw the picture thinking that the bottom is non-slip rubber. But it is very light, almost like a simple felt fabric and slips away on my tiles very easily. Not the best value for the money.

Have an old vehicle rarely driven and it has a few leaks. The mat seems to absorb it well and no more mess.

Works well, it captured a recent oil spill with no hassles.
