This wax does not take the hair off! I was looking for a wax you didn't have to heat. But because of that, the wax never hardens enough to take off the hair effectively. Painful and ineffective!

Oofta, this product was a mess for me. My hair was long enough on my legs and I had to go over it multiple times to even get the hair off. It was nice that the wax could be washed off with water, but I was patchy. I had to buy more strips which was expected but even with the new strips it really didn't work for me. I even had my friend try to do it for me in case it was just me not being able to do it. I wouldnt buy again or recommend.

I have a love/hate relationship with this product.Pros:1.) It does effectively work for removing hair2.) It is nice not waiting for the wax to heat up3.) It comes off with soap and water (which was a huge selling point)Cons:1.) It is very very hard to work with! It is so thick and gummy that spreading it is a chore and it can tug on the hair while applying which is uncomfortable.I am not sure if my house was too cold while I was trying to use this. I will try again on a warmer day and maybe it will be easier to apply, as the pros do outweigh the cons.UPDATE: Our A/C was temporarily out of commission (during our hottest days to date), and being that clothes were too hot I decided it was time to wax again. I was running low on my hot wax, so i opened up this jar again and it definitely was a lot easier to use this time around (our house was 85+ degrees at the time). The wax itself wasn't hot, but was a lot more pliable and way easier to use. After learning that it does better with a higher room temperature, I will definitely be using this again.

I've never waxed before, and figured I would buy an easy-to-use product first to see how it goes. The gel is very thick, but as it warms on your skin it is easier to spread. I ordered two boxes to allow enough strips. The strips wash off well in warm water to be used again.I find this product works well on my legs. I have not used it anywhere else yet. The first time I had small red bumps on my legs that disappeared overnight. The second time, about a month later, no redness at all. Very happy with this product.

It was pretty bad. I put the stuff on my legs and i put the strip on it and I ripped it off. But guess what! All the hair was still there! I'm never buying this product again! I want a refund!

hurts! also doesn't clean hairs as well as some other similar products. I have dark, coarse 4C hair.

First time using cold wax I used it on my neck and chin area since I have a lot of unwanted hair growth due to a medical condition. I'd say it took off about 90-95% of the hair with lil to no pain then I just use tweezers for those few pesky hairs remaining. It was also VERY easy to wash off the residue all you need is water Again was my first time so I'm sure once I get my technique down I'll be able to get most of the hairs. Overall I like the product besides it being kind of difficult to spread over your skin and that it only comes with 1 stick and a few cloths so I had to buy extra, I have no complaints
