I'm absolutely in love with my scooter! It was my first time purchasing one. I'd read all the positive reviews and pleased to say they were all on the money. I ordered my scooter late New Year's Day and it arrived in under 48 hrs. It was practically all put together, and took my son less than 20 minutes to have it up and running - it even came with a full charge! I love how smoothly it rides and the controls make it super simple to navigate. I want to add that their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Now I am able to participate in life again.

I received this mobile unit in 1 box. It was easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow. The scooter is solid made not cheap. I am extremely happy with its performance and how it handles. It was purchased for a 81 year old and she loves it. She uses it both inside the home and outside. Speed is easy to adjust. Comes apart easily for transport and fits in back of my Medium SUV.

this cart is great. it is completely quiet when running. its comfortable to sit on. the controls are easy to use. it has plenty of power even going up hill. it does not need to be charged very often. itt is narrow so it goes into small places.

OMG!! This is unbelievable. I have got freedom. I am a feisty 80 yr. old who gave up her new car of 2 yrs. Could not afford to fix it. With this gorgeous scooter, I have my freedom to get out and enjoy life. Go shopping at the Mall, the supermarket and Dr's. appts. I did my homework and wanted dista nce with a strong battery and easy to operate and put together with 2 baskets and up to a speed of 7 miles per hour. This is my new life at 80 yrs. old. My Husband loves his scooter. Works well. Easy to use. He is able to take the dog for walks since he can't walk far. Dogs & him use it everyday. Great scooter.

I’m so excited to get this scooter and after setting it up, I took it for a spin around my complex. Did great up and down hills and around the corners with 2 of my granddaughters running with me. One thing I realize is the leg room on this scooter is zero (that’s why the 4 out of 5 stars) but thankfully you’re able to put your feet out front on either side of the tiller. But with two bad knees, it’s still tough. (I stretch my legs regularly when just sitting). My son was able to get the scooter in the back of his SUV. The battery does not come out so it’s not as lightweight as others. We took the scooter to the zoo and it was so great that my son didn’t have to push me around in my wheelchair. He actually got to enjoy the zoo more with both his daughters by being able to go where he wanted, especially with his 5 year old daughter. When we left, 4 hours later, my scooter was still fully charged. It goes fast up hills and the ability to go slow down hills. Fits nicely in elevators and love that’s it’s easy to navigate. The only other thing to be mindful is the turning radius. This scooter does not have the ability to make sharp curves/corners. Last but not least, I bought a cover and cup holder, even though it comes it a cup holder. I might splurge for the rear basket. Overall, I’m thrilled with my scooter and have the freedom to going where I want.

I ordered 2 scooters a pink one and a blue one for my daughter and Son-in-law for Christmas. They were easy to put together and worked like a charm. I reached out to customer service for a quick question and they answered my call and gave me exceptional service. The scooters are well made and easy to break down when putting them in the car. and putting them back together when reaching your destination. I've had this scooter for a couple weeks and it is fantastic. The speed is fast, more than I would ever need. It handles well and is built solidly. Turning in tight places can be a challenge but it's easy to go forward and reverse. I love that it has two baskets. I've done my grocery shopping and can fit everything I need in both and on the floor, if need be. Customer service has been great. Received a courtesy call about a week ago asking about my purchase and then again with text messaging. Well worth the money.
