It works, much to our surprise!
We have a 'neighbouring cat fouling problem' and since this has been installed, its been very quiet and free of fouling. We were really unsure about this type of product, we considered it a lot before buying but the heavily reduced price swung it for us. It works. I cannot tell if it needs a charge because there is no indicator so its a little inconvenient, but for £15 it really is worth a try because the cat deterrent spray costs me £5 and it takes a full bottle to cover the lawn and only lasts a few days if it doesn't rain! I'm glad we got it, I'm just not sure how long it will endure but it does look like good quality.

Does the job. On the first day a stray cat got past the detector and left its mark on our front door but after that no more problems. the instructions said it could take up to 3 weeks but it worked after the 2nd day. For outside where there is sun I would recommend the solar powered one with rechargeable batteries. Well worth the extra money. I have both and they both work.

Great kit and really successful!
After reading the reviews on here I was a bit sceptical, but we had to try something in our garden which as the house had been empty for so long before we bought it the cats have claimed the garden. I am delighted with the results - since putting in these 2 deterrents we have had no issues with any cats in the garden - absolutely fab!! :-) would definately recommend!

A great way to keep unwanted animals out of your garden. Just switch on and it does its job!In the box is the repeller unit, a ground steak which comes in 3 parts allowing the repeller to be put into the ground at 2 different levels and an instruction leaflet.Buzzes often suppose it's letting you on it's active I guess. It's stopped all the rabbits coming and messing near the caravan doorway. So must be doing it's job

Does not work for cats
This product does not work at least not for cats. When I put it on my lawn my cat walked right up to it and started batting at it because of the clicking noise it makes when it senses an animal. I turned the sensitivity up all the way and it didn’t make any difference. He was fascinated by the sound it makes.

Not worth on buying this item
Not effective on cats. Cats just walk by infront of the repeller just ignoring the sound. Even dogs they just pass by like nothing is in there.
