The seller has NO customer service skills, is incredibly rude & apparently illiterate. I followed the return process & received the UPS return label to ship my return. After a month I emailed to follow up on the status of my refund, the seller responded with confirmation the product was initially delivered ahead of time (HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RETURN) and a nasty message accusing me of "scamming for $20.00". I provided screenshots of the refund approval, shipping label & return tracking receipt then the seller threatened not to refund stating "it seemed like I tried the product but was not satisfied", (HENCE THE PURPOSE OF THE RETURN). The seller was very unprofessional & continued to email, therefore asked the seller not to contact me again. The product is not made well, it's too gritty, felt like salt & very hard to use. I use scrubs all the time but this one had no substance & fell apart causing you to use more than what's needed.

It leaves your face smooth, lighter and soft from the first time you scrub your face. Wonderful stuff!
