This scooter can basically be assembled just by tightening a few screws to attach the handles—it takes no more than 8 minutes. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the controls are intuitive and, more importantly, easy to remember. It rides smoothly on neighborhood streets and offers decent range on a single charge. You can probably ride for over an hour continuously on one charge. Although I haven’t tested it fully, we usually recharge it at night after use. It has both a standard mode and a high-speed mode, with a top speed of around 20 MPH. To unlock the speed limit and reach up to 19 MPH, follow these steps: Hold down the brake and keep it pressed → Turn on the device → Execute the speed limit removal command: press the throttle five times consecutively → Release the brake It's foldable, which saves a lot of space at home. It's brilliant. All in all, I’m really pleased with this purchase, and we’ve already added it to the list of birthday and Christmas gifts for the other kids. What’s more, their customer service team is extremely patient, and most issues can be resolved through friendly communication. Rest assured.

Edited Not super powerful (lots of hills here) and not the most responsive on brakes or power but definitely a cheap well built scooter, very smooth ride so far. Even though the motor is more a 300 to 500 w motor after disengage in the auto brake it definitely gave it a lot more life still would definitely need assistance on most hills but didn't do horrible either. By the fourth or 5th charge it died the electric brake did a rattle and the screen went blank and it's like the electric brake is still engaged but nothing is showing up so now it's a useless paperweight.

We weren't sure about getting this scooter because we never heard of the company and the scooter is well priced compared to others. After about a week of having the scooter it quit working so we contacted the company. They had us send a picture of the problem, and that very same day they sent out 2 control panels even though we only needed one lol. They told us both control panels work and they wanted to make sure we were taking care of. They sent a tutorial video on how to replace it and answered all of our questions through out the whole process. I would gladly buy from them again, and recommend them to everyone. They are a company that stands by their word and they go above and beyond.

This scooter is fantastic. It arrived on time, easy to put together, no problems charging it and was ready to ride quickly. Our first spin was to the store. It rides smooth, goes a bit faster than most adult scooters and is fun! I recommend anyone looking to buy an electric scooter, THIS IS THE ONE YOU SHOULD GET!

Really nice little scooter. Not a lot of range and it doesn't have dual suspension. It's a really nice scooter for the price. I weigh about 210 and it had no issues but definitely noticed it slow down on hills.

The design of the scooter is sleek and matches the seller’s description perfectly. It was easy to set up, the battery life is impressive, and the speed performs exactly as advertised. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this scooter!

The scooter rides nice and smooth but takes forever to charge unlike what it says in the information on the economy speed it will only take me about six to seven miles very much unlike what the information here says and I've had other scooters with other brands that were way better. So if you want a scooter for very short distances that rides nice and smooth this is your deal but don't expect it to take you very far and if it does expect a long wait to recharge.
