Restless Bible Study Guide: Because You Were Made for More

I am almost to the end of this study with a group of friends. I love how Jeannie pulls in personal experiences throughout the book. She also asks really good thought provoking questions. There are parts I am unsure of what exactly is being asked, but overall I am enjoying this study.

This guide is so well organized and thought provoking. Best to do it in a group setting or with at least one other person.

This study opens your heart and makes us think deeper about our dreams, fears, and finding direction. Perfect for the restless heart that's not content with just existing beneath the labels of "mother, professional, daughter, leader" and those who are yearning for more but maybe have not discovered that great calling yet. This study intertwines biblical examples of people who God led to their callings with modern struggles and aspirations through video, reading and writing activities that are very real, relevant, and relative to the participants. Our group sessions were always deep and meaningful, and overall this study really tapped my heart and mind in all the places I needed it most. Jennie Allen is breath of fresh air to contemporary group study. I highly recommend this one.

Good bible study. I do feel like this was more jumping around than some of her other studies. I probably am not used to this format though. I did learn a great deal though.

I first did Jennie's Stuck study, and now i'm hooked on her study books. She has a really great way of drawing you in, and she utilizes several different ways to help you connect. Whether your learning style is reading, listening, or if you are creative and enjoy being a little artistic, there is something in these study guides for everyone. This particular study seemed to go a little deeper than the stuck study, and it was a pleasant surprise for me. It's a great study.

I have a group of 20-25 yr old girls who started with Stuck a year ago, went directly to Chase and could not wait until Restless came out. This is a really difficult demographic to reach, but Jennie's style and unique way of attacking sensitive subjects is beyond compare. The cards are priceless. It gets everyone talking -- whether they think they have an "answer" or not. I highly recommend anything by Jennie Allen.

I loved this bible study! We did this as a group of women at my church (150-200 women) and it spoke volumes to me! Inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and plan a big single mom event at my church. Jennie Allen does a great job of writing in a way that's so easy to understand. Such a powerful study for those who are needing direction on their purpose.

A great Bible study, although I would get the video to go with it, about living in God's story for your life. It is a great way to really look at what God wants for your life. I like the stories she shares and the questions she asks to get me thinking about what God has designed me for. Totally worth your time and money
