Bought this to make some cookies for a friend who was moving out of the state. While it was a bit hard to cut through the dough with them (had to really press hard and wiggle it to get it to go all the way through) it did make some very cute cookies that were easily identifiable as NJ. I would make sure to use a dough that doesn't spread too much. I bake vegan and they tend to not have much spread, so this worked out really well :)
