Terrible fit
So the sound is fine, but the headset is oddly shaped. Keeps slipping from my ears and head. I guess you get what you pay for.

Horrible voice to the other people on the line & Ear covers are tiny.
I purchased new Cell to Phone Panasonic phone system KC-TGE674 as part of cutting the cord from land line. The head set voice is horrible and I had to unplug the head set and just use speaker phone functions of the hand set. I am now going to try to get an adapter for existing 3.5 mm head set to plug into the 2.5mm slot on the hand set. For the ear covers are so small makes it hard to set headset over the head comfortably, unless you are a smaller person.

Not a well made product.
Broke within a week. People could not hear me, then I was told there was an echo. Should have paid more for better quality product.

Incompatible
Can't be used with my pc. The part to be placed in the hole for speaker/mic is too small

These head sets are not compatible with Zultys Phones
The company advertises that the headset is compatible with Zultys Phones and they are not.
