Nice Chair
We bought two chairs. They were shipped separately, which cost us more money, beings we live out of the country. They were a challenge to assemble, but we were able to put one together. The other chair was missing parts and they should arrive in about a month.

The media could not be loaded. Never mind I was wrong. They were tucked in the chair package in between the back and seat. My bad

RECEIVED THE CHAIR A WHILE AGO. JUST ASSEMBLED IT. AT THE END OF THE ASSEMBLY I FOUND I WAS MISSING A PART OF THE BEARING ASSEMBLY. ON THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS IT IS A PART OF "H".CAN I GET A NEW BEARING ASSEMBLY ? IN THE MEAN TIME I COBLED SOMETHING TO WORK.RECEIVED OK. JUST ASSEMBLED. Great Father's Day gift
I bought this for my dad for Father's day as he's desperately needed a new chair for the lanai and he couldn't be happier. I also bought cushions because he has a bad back, but it's exactly what he wanted so I see no need to rate it any less than 5 stars.

Assembly pictures are not good and screw holes not drilled.
Assembly instructions aren't really instructions at all, just pictures that are very small and hard to see. Some of the screws do not screw all the way in. I had to get a wrench to force them. The cheap wrench sent with the set was pretty worthless. Just when I got it all together except for the last two screws, I found that two holes were not drilled to put the screws in! All in all, I wish I'd just went to town and bought one all put together rather than mess with the assembly of this one. It seems like it is sturdy and looks fine, but I really haven't had time to test it out a whole lot yet.

Great chair. I would love to get another.
Our family loves this chair! It does take a bit of time to assemble. It took us about an hour and 15 minutes but it was so worth it. Great product.
