Debated whether to get this exact unit or not as the only reviews were on a slightly different style to this 5 compartment unit. The price was great and I wasn’t sure if it would be a good purchase or a waste of money but I’m so impressed by it! The quality is amazing, slotted together perfectly with no issues. The height and width are perfect for my childminding setting. Looks great, super easy to build and we love it! Lovely rounded wood! Highly recommend

The bookcase is really solid and easy to assemble, highly recommended!

The cam fixings receive are extremely low quality and didn’t keep the furniture in place and was quite unsafe. After requesting a return and I was put in the position to pay for postage and I decided to better cancel and go find some cam fixings, now is all put together with some different cams and it’s very beautiful and sturdy.

I odered for my daughter’s one year old. We all live the product. It was easy to assemble, solidly built and looks fresh and clean.

I love the thoughtful design of this shelf. The wood is very smooth and the edges are all well rounded which was my main concern while looking for shelf for little ones--no sharp edges. The size/proportions are just right for small children but still houses many toys. The assembly was trickier and took longer than expected because the small plastic pieces inside the pilot holes were askew and it was very difficult to get the metal pegs straight enough. Unfortunately, due to this there is a permanent gap between the top of the base board and the bottom shelf. Not bad enough to return but I was disappointed by the quality control of the materials. There are also some blue staining/marks on pieces of the wood but they are not visible on the facing surfaces. The unit seems sturdy once assembled and again the wood has a solid, smooth finish that feels very pleasant.
