Have used this pan several times for omelets, eggs and crepes. It does clean easy. I did season it with olive oil per the directions and then set my electric stove top to 3, and had to raise it to 5 to set it. I have an old stick free pan I needed to replace. due to the chemicals and wanted a non-stick without the bad chemicals. This pan does very well. I have a GE Profile electric cooktop level 5 seems to be the sweet spot on my cooktop. It takes longer to slightly brown a crepe than my old stick free pan but this pan is so much safer. I have not gone back to the old pan since getting this one. It cleans very easy.

I bought this pan for making dosa and pancakes and it couldn’t survive handful of time. Right from the first go, it’s super sticky. I had to scrub to remove the residue. Tried greasing the pan, working with temperatures and other tricks but still the same, pan would turn so dirty with every usage. Had to throw it out after hardly five uses.

I Love this pan! It's an awesome griddle/ Comal/ tortilla pan! It's made very well. Solid quality. Comes with a handy screw driver. I've only had 2 weeks and it's by far one of my favorite pans I've ever owned. I highly recommend! And it'd very pretty! I will definitely by more items from RedChef!

The ceramic non-stick coating works great - pancakes come off very easily, nothing sticks at all. The pan is thin, heats up fast, and the handle is very comfortable. Nice surprise that a small screwdriver was included to attach the handle. Packaging looks stylish, would be good as a gift. Feels like a quality product and the crepes cooked evenly. Very happy with it.

Works very well. Have used it about 6-7 times and has performed well every time - nothing has stuck to the pan. I have kept the heat at mostly medium but there are still some black marks that form - so need to be careful about how high of a heat you should use.
