Was looking for a pillow that would not compress over time and that would protect my spine and tail bone. I specifically needed this pillow for our riding lawn mower that becomes very bumpy on the acre of what some call lawn, and we call "field", manicured to look like grass. By the time one is done mowing, all the bumps effect our back. Being older, we thought an air pillow would help. Well, yessss it did help! I could still feel my neck after the mow, but the tail bone and spine felt fine. As they say, getting older is for the birds. I felt the pricing was a little high, but the item is very well made and appears durable enough to last for some time. Having the ability to fill with air at your own distinction helps as well. Depending on your weight will probably dictate the amount of air used. So far so good with this pillow. A little pricey but seems worth it at this point. After all, we want to save our bodies, right?!

This is very comfortable, but not like my other one. I just don’t like where the zippers at it poked you in the leg. Sometimes the cover is the part that I do not like.

I like the air adjustment. I use this cushion on a locomotive seat. This cushion soaks up some of the vibration and bumps of the unit that operates on yard jointed rail.

I bought this for a friend. It was easy to inflate and the perfect size for her recliner. She was developing a sore from her chair and her doctor recommended a similar pillow. At the medical supply store, sje was told it cost over $300. This pillow appeared to look like it, so we decided to try it. She loves it. Says it is very comfortable.

This was bought for my husband who had a bad back, for use on a tractor, mower, etc. It quickly began to lose air. But at first, when it held air, it made a big difference. It doesn't hold air at all now.

The key is to adjust the air volume so it is almost flat. I use a different size on my motorcycle. This product is better than Airhawk brand. Airhawk is made of polyester and air seat innovations is made of neoprene which is more quite and comfortable.

You'll have to balance the air pressure almost every week depending on your weight. It's a little bit high when you sit on, so make sure your car seat is adjustable. It's smooth and reduces the kicks of bumpy roads on your bones and muscles.
