Valves appear to be high quality product.
It doesn't seem that the buyer (me) has the opportunity to explain the problem. The product is fine and even though it hasn't been put into use yet, it should be fine. The problem is with whoever pack and shipped the items. Bags containing the valves were split open and valves were shipped loose in the box. Also when all were counted there was an empty bag with no valve and no valve found in the box. The replacement valve(s) still hasn't arrived even though I was told it would arrive yesterday. Because my customer wants all items shipped at the same time, the lack of the promised/purchased quantity of a $10 valve has held up the shipment of a $20,000 order.

nice little valve
The 1/4 NPT version is very compact,. The handle is short (1.5") relative to comparable valves, but the movement is smooth and easy. Pressure rating is more than adequate for my application.

Good quality
I was impressed with the quality and function of this ball valve. I used it for a propane charging hose I constructed and it works flawlessly. The action of the valve is smooth and it seals completely. I highly recommend this valve for its quality.

It's legit
This is a quality piece of high density brass the action is as smooth and fluid as my bowel movements the fit-up is absolutely wonderful personally I would be willing to spend upwards of $50 or more on something this useful

These valves are great for my useage.
I have two medium size (20 gal) air compressors and use small amounts of compressed air every day. Useing these valves as mainline cutoffs allows me to simply unplug the compressor/s until the pressure drops down to about 60 PSI then plug it back in for a single run cycle. This way each compressor only runs a few cycles each week. It's impossible to keep air hose fittings tight enough to prevent extra cycles and these little valves can add years to your compressor life. It also allows you to keep the compressor indoors without scaring the crap out of people with unexpected start ups! Be sure to use two or 3 wraps of teflon tape.

Solid valve, seals tight
Used this valve at the bottom of my air compressor to drain out the water. Solid little valve that seals tight. No air leak at 150 PSI. Handle and ball move easily and smoothly.
