Organic Tomato Seeds, APPR. 100, Mountain Princess Tomato, Heirloom Vegetable Seeds, Certified Organic, Non GMO, Non Hybrid, USA

Bought these in the spring and grew two plants in one of my earth boxes over the summer. They produce a beautiful red tomato but from my experience they were a little mushy & mealy at that stage of ripeness. I found the flavor & texture to be better when I picked them earlier and a little more orange. In that case they were very tasty and made for some really great BLTs.Also there were dozens of smaller < golf ball sized tomatoes that never made full ripeness before the killing frost, next year I plan to prune a bunch of these off mid-summer as well as any residual blossoms, my thoughts being that I'll end up with fewer but larger tomatoes that will hopefully ripen before the frost kills them.

Sprouted and grew fast, I tried to transplant and killed a few of them. I guess all tomato plants can be delicate to transplant.

I know it's a bit early since I only planted these seeds 3 weeks ago and have no fruits yet however I am happy that my seedlings are already blooming, I was so excited when I saw the first signs of green merely 1 week after I planted. Can't wait to try the tomatoes.

The seeds germinated well, i have tomatoes right now albeit small since they are a smaller variety and also grown indoors over winter. So far they have been mealy but I'm going to blame the indoor conditions. However i will update once i transplant them outdoors for the regular season, if they continue to mealy i will be dissatisfied.

A very tasty tomato. Also grew their Cherokee Purple, Copia Gold, Black Cherry and San Marzano.

Arrived packaged very well. This is a first for us, growing seeds indoor. Planted 8 days ago, used a growing light for the past 4 nights. 2 so far have already arrived! Very excited to grow our own!
