Internally horribly designed, bought 2 installed great
Internally horribly designed, bought 2 installed great, didn't last 3 weeks, the internal pin broke off inside, you'd turn the knob and nothing would happen.Bought another 2 because we liked the "occupied" both had the main break off, 1 with the door closed and we had to break the door down because the door pins were on the inside with no one in there. After fixing the frame we went with another product. stay far far away from these.I think the main problem is people are used to locking the lock going in, then just using the handle to get out, but with these you have to unlock then move the handle to get out, so people are forcing it before they realize you have to manually unlock it. this puts a ton of strain on the part that ends up giving out, ( that isn't connected very firmly to begin with )

DO NOT BUY
I ordered this is March but did not install it until last week. I bought 4, 4 of the 4 failed. I should be able to return these and get my money back but amazon says the return window is closed. Not happy about that. These were expensive and they are complete and total crap. I want my money back.

Poor quality
After 3 months use, door handle is unable to open and we must remove the door by the hinges to open it.
