The mix of spices used in this rub/seasoning is right on for many dishes. I used it on Salmon as I have so many times & everyone that has it, raves how incredibly good it is. I usually cook it on a Big Green Egg, but I have done it numerous times in the oven & it still is over the top.

This is a yummy seasoning that we use for smoking meat. The reason I gave it four stars is that it is expensive for the size that you get.

My son BBQs for his family all the time on his Green Egg. He makes dinner most nights for his 3 kids, as his wife is a nurse working nights. He absolutely loves Dizzy Pig Barbecue Company Raging River Salmon Seasoning on almost all meats & fish & feels lost when he runs out. LOL

We use this for salmon and it tastes fantastic! Bottle lasts for a fairly long time but of course, that is dependent on how often you used it. We love it on chicken as well.

I found this a few years back at a store that sold spices. The store clerk gave me a sample to take home and I made a special trip back to the store to purchase 3 days later. I have had guests come over to eat and they ask me what I put on my Salmon that makes it taste so good. It has such a great flavor, kind of sweet with a taste of maple and just the right amount of Zing. I use this on all my meat. Chicken, steak and pork all taste great with this spice.For Christmas this year my daughter who lives far from me asked for this product as a stocking stuffer. I was kind of shocked that she thought of that first instead of makeup or some other product. She wanted her Dizzy Pig fix I guess.
