Bought this to try , but after using it for a couple of weeks I see no advantage other than holding your elbows in one place and giving you bad posture when in use. I can quiet easily lock my elbows in place while doing curls without thisIf I where selling this I would be selling it as a training aid for beginners so they dont swing their arms doing curls. Lucky enough I had a £10 voucher so it only cost £2.99.

Once you adjust it to the correct position this is a game changer. Been using this 2/3 times a week for 2 months and I’m chuffed with the results. Can definitely feel the bicep strain with it keeping your arms tucked in and prevents your arms moving back. The pump is pretty impressive too.If you strength train regularly this is a must buy.
