It's fast to boot up and load and the battery life is outstanding. The cost was excellent for the amount of RAM and solid state drive storage you receive. Very satisfied with this laptop.

Less than 6 months after purchase this computer stopped working. Have not been able to get anyone to respond at IST after calling and contacting through their website. We have gone through all of the do it yourself troubleshooting and it won't boot up.

Really great small laptop! It's fast and has a finger print reader that works well.It has a 3 year factory warranty and a 3 year warranty from the seller( Issaquah Highlands Tech). This is the 2nd laptop I've purchased from Amazon & this seller. I recommend them.
