I had high hopes! I was eager to try this variety because of the reviews I had read. The bare roots were planted in the same manner as other varieties and some never showed green leaves and eventually all of the plants died. I have successful strawberry growing experiences, but this variety was worthless. Wish I could give this shopping experience a zero!

These bare roots plants were carefully packaged and arrived in great shape. The roots were still moist out of the package and had small leaf shoots. They perked right up after the recommended soak before planting. A third of the plants died back - which is quite reasonable for strawberry starts in my experience - and the rest thrived. The 7 weeks later we started to see our first fruit. Very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful bare roots and already doing spectacularly on the balcony.

The bare root plants arrived on time with two extras in the package. They were put in water to soak for an hour then out to the bed we had prepared for them. Sand, Peat Moss and Compost in a raised bed. We could see new growth in just three days. Two weeks later ll 12 plants are thriving. Too early to say if they will be as flavorful or aromatic as described, but the plants are healthy.
