This is the best, they have a great reputation for a reason. Many other brands give a fishy aftertaste, I've been taking these for a few years, and there's zero aftertaste. My blood work improved after taking these, so they must be doing something.

My sister got me started with this brand. I have severe RA and sis suggested I try this. It did ease some of the pain after only a couple of weeks of eating 1-2 pills per day. The taste is mild and a bit lemony...like eating a gummy bear. No fish smell or taste at all. My last blood test, my vitamin D was at 4...my doc congratulated me on it being the lowest he's ever seen. So, he started me on 50,000 vitamin D 2x per week. I can only imagine how low it would have been had I not been taking these Cod Liver Oil pills; I would call these a life-saver. I had sever fatigue and getting out of bed was questionable, every day. Some main symptoms...no energy, couldn't walk to the back door without huffing and puffing...I had nothing left in me to give me energy, moving anything was a chore. Couldn't get over the flu, brain fogged all of the time, couldn't function. Had I any clue I would have eaten handfuls of these Cod Liver Oil pills... So, this is a re-order of these pills, I will not be without them. If you are feeling exhausted and run-down, ask your Doctor for a Vitamin D blood test and see if you are okay there. Otherwise, these pills will give you a bit of a boost if you are low and will help keep your Vit D level. Love these!

These are great! My wife is currently breastfeeding and it helps her not to feel as drained. I also love how it's easy to swallow and doesn't give any after taste.

This appears to be doing My knees okay. I started taking this, tsp. of Silica (food grade Diatomaceous Earth), and Vitamins D&K for My knee pain to help rebuild cartilage to avoid knee surgery. I was taking 10 Motrins (Ibuprofens) @ 200mg a day, My doctor told Me to stop that I can cause kidney damage. So he informed Me to take Tylenol. I skipped that and now are trying a natural approach to the knee & back pain. The knee pain has improved somewhat. Hopefully as time goes on with continued use It will improve more, it's been 2+ weeks. One of the other good thing about this is, I'm not burping up fish odor or taste.

The cod liver oil capsules are perfect. However, I don't recall put this on automatic shipment. I received another order before I have used half of the original order. Take it off auto, please.

So easy to put into my daily routine--easy to swallow, no wretched aftertaste--I prefer the lower dosage--so many high dosage supplements cause burps and fishy aftertaste. A consistent daily low dosage along with a consistently healthy diet that also includes fresh caught ocean fish I believe to be adequate.

Remember when my mother lined all five of us, according to age and gave us a tablespoon of bad tasting cod liver oil. Thanks to some companies giving us a choice of what kind (if emulsified or oil-based) you can have a good tasting Norwegian Cod Liver Oil capsule that helps with your immune system and does not store up in liver. Yay!!!
