Bad experience for me. I took the supplement for 4 days twice a day after food. I feel dizzy always with bad headache and nausea. Maybe for other works but i can't use it any longer due to the bad side effects. I do not recommend it

Still, despite the hefty price, I committed to trying it. After one month, I didn't notice much change. At two months, I still wasn't sure. By the three-month mark, I thought I might be seeing something, but it wasn't until month four that I could say with complete confidence that the shedding had decreased by about 95%. When I wash, comb, or brush my hair now, only a very small, normal amount comes out-certainly not enough to cause panic. Alongside this product, I did begin paying closer attention to my overall hair care. I switched to a biotin shampoo and conditioner, which my hair absolutely loves. I brush my hair every evening before bed, restarted my collagen routine, and began using rosemary and pumpkin seed oil to massage my scalp overnight before washing my hair the next day. That said, even before I added the oils and nightly brushing, this product was already working. I simply added those steps to support healthier, stronger hair. While I don't see the level of thickening I'd ideally want just yet, my hair is definitely growing longer, the shedding has stopped, and my part is noticeably less wide-which gave me real hope. Because of the results I'm seeing, I plan to continue using it. It's simple: just two pills a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals. The only downside is the price. When I first started, a three-month supply was around $70, and now it's over $80, which is a hard pill to swallow (no pun intended). Still, given how skeptical I am and how much money I've spent over the years on products that promised everything and delivered nothing this one m worked for me. I stayed consistent even when I wasn't seeing immediate results, and I'm glad I did. I absolutely recommend giving it a try, but I also encourage you to support it with a healthy hair routine: a more natural shampoo and conditioner (like biotin-based ones), nightly brushing, and scalp care with rosemary and pumpkin seed oil on wash days. Product looks in good order however packaging was horrible.

I did not think this worked. Until I stopped taking it. It was so subtle that I didn't realize that, yes, I definitely had a good increase in growth. When I ran out of it, my hair really started falling out and then I remembered how bad it was before I started taking it. It didn't make a miraculous change but there was a very nice increase. I have more on order and I'm anxious to get back on it. I should mention that I didn't take it as directed. I only took one a day, not two. My fault for not reading close enough. I can't wait to see what two a day does.
