Zen Kitchen Cast Iron Fondue Pot Set, Enameled Cast Iron Pot for Chocolate Fondue or Cheese Fondue – Perfect Gift Idea for Housewarming or Birthday Gift

There are a few design or construction flaws with this pot that make it a little irritating to use:1. It comes with 7 forks, but there are 8 notches in the lid.2. The metal stand does not fit well onto the wooden stand. The spacing of the 4 metal legs is just slightly smaller than the wood base, so it wants to sit on only 3 legs. You have to force it down (or sand down the wood base) to make it fit.3. There are no instructions and no information on what type of fuel to use in the burner.4. Perhaps the worst design flaw is that you cannot remove the burner from under the pot without lifting the stand off of the wood base; the burner is wider that the opening in the stand legs. I found myself having to remove the pot and then the stuck stand off the wood base to remove the burner in order to safely add fuel. The pot, burner and the stand are very hot, so this was a risky operation.Unless there is a particular reason you want this particular product, I would stay clear of it.

I purchased this pot because you can prepare the fondue on the stove and then enjoy it at the table cord-free with the little sterno things. It's heavy duty, and also heavy, which means it maintains heat very well. I was shocked how easy it was to clean up, there was a little burnt cheese on the bottom and it peeled right off!Overall the pot is well made, sturdy, and easy to use and set up. I'd highly recommend, especially if, like me, you're trying to avoid plastic and cords.

Weight is good, so should hold heat well. I like the wood trivet. We haven’t used it, yet, but it’s almost identical to the one used in the restaurant in Paris that inspired the purchase.

This Fondue has a great look, but unfortunately the burner that comes with it doesn’t heat it enough for an oil fondue.It’s pretty easy to clean and solid.I’ll try to find a better burner.

Nice gift for foodies

Very happy with my purchase, its cute and easy to use. I cant speak about durability because its pretty new, its a little difficult to clean but it is not imposible or maybe was my fault that i dont know how properly clean it

Is perfect size to serve two or 8 people. Good looking cast iron vs the ceramic, they might lo if fancy but will chip or crack easy. Love it!

Real glass holds it value.. i love it!!
