Nature's Bounty Zinc 50 mg Caplets 100 ea Pack of 6

I am reviewing Nature's Bounty Chelated Zinc (Zinc Gluconate) 50 mg tablets. I take this for a zinc deficiency. I take this with food and milk, so I don't get a headache or throw up. Anyone who takes zinc supplements can throw up or get a headache from taking them if they don't eat food when they take them. Some of the other brands make me feel tired or otherwise bad, so I really like Nature's Bounty brand. About a month after I started taking zinc gluconate, my acne went away completely. I first noticed an improvement after three weeks. Quite some time later, I ate nuts and I got a few blackheads. I squeezed the black heads, so they went away. As long as I don't eat nuts I never get black heads. Some people take zinc for viral infections. I read that zinc prevents/restores gray hair. My father had a problem with his prostate gland, so he took a supplement, which contained zinc, vitamin E, saw palmetto, vitamin B5, and pumpkin seed oil. Not only did the supplement help his prostate gland, but his gray hair was restored back to its original dark color. He stopped taking the supplement, and his gray hair came back. He started taking the prostate supplement again and his hair turned dark again.

we cut them in half as we think 50 mg is a little too strong but otherwise a good anti viral agent being used with hospitals New York University that know what they are doing used in combination with generally two drugs like hydroxychloroquine and Zpack for a 44% improvement but since hydroxychloroquine is so cheap no pharmaceutical company will make any money on it though Sorrento Therapeutics has an antibody combo that looks very promising but in the interim we are taking our ZINC daily.

I've been taking Nature's Bounty Zinc Caplets for a while now and I'm pretty happy with them. They're super affordable and I've definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and overall health since I started taking them. But one thing I really don't like about these caplets is how hard they are to swallow. The coating gets stuck in my throat all the time and I have to drink a ton of water to get them down. If you're like me and you have trouble swallowing pills, I recommend looking for a different brand of zinc caplets with a better enteric coating. But if you don't mind the hassle, then Nature's Bounty Zinc Caplets are a great option. Here's a TL;DR: Pros: Affordable, effective Cons: Hard to swallow Overall, I give Nature's Bounty Zinc Caplets a 3 out of 5 stars. I would recommend them to others, but only if they don't mind the fact that they can be difficult to swallow.

This product attempts to sell itself as Chelated Zinc, which usually is clearly stated on the package however, nowhere on the bottle is the words “Chelated Zinc”! And when you try to return it, they state that it’s not returnable! This is a total Sham! Stay away from this seller!!! Very unethical
