TOBLERONE Milk Chocolate Bar with Honey and Almond Nougat, Valentines Day Chocolate Candy, 20 - 3.52 oz Bars

Product came on time, but all of them were melted who mails chocolate in the summer time without an ice pack!!!! Was delivered that way and I even brought it in within seconds so if wouldn’t get hot! Will not order from this ever again!!!!

It seems these melted slightly and resolidified which you only realize when you take an individual bar out of the cardboard. The shape is not exactly right but kind of blurred and the foil is melted into the chocolate a bit. Because the sharp edges of the little triangles are gone, it is harder to break off the little pieces and the color looks darker and the texture is different. I had a small bite and it tasted okay but not quite the same and not as good. I would not have bought them if I knew they had melted. It is probably too late to return them for a refund.

This is 5 star chocolate that came in a powdery, chalky condition. Probably sat in the 100 degree heat too long before I could rescue it from the Hot Texas weather. Lessons learned: Order in the winter when it is cool out side. Good news, the chocolate still tastes good. Have not died from eating it so far. Since I cannot give the degraded chocolate away, I am forced to eat the still good tasting chocolate all by my self. Yuck this is about $100 worth of chocolate - 40 bars. After this they will have to roll me out the door since I have gained so much weight.

Product poorly packed in cardboard box with no insulation. Arrived on hot day . We were home but noone rang the door bell. They probably started melting in the truck Result: melted bars that stuck to the foil. Not pretty to look at and texture totally changed. Disappointing, especially as we bought a whole box of them as a gift for my son.

Always great Swiss chocolates poorly packaged , ordered a box, paid for a box, but received open package with only one bar.
