Still perfectly legible over a year later!
I didn't review these tags when I bought them for my two dogs in March 2019. They came promptly, with correct information, and nice deep engraving that was easy to read. Now that it's been over a year of daily wear, roughhousing, and clinking against other tags, I have to let you know that the tags still look perfect. I've had various tags for my dogs for over a decade, and these are the only ones that are truly durable and still work as intended long term. They are worth the higher cost. Go ahead and order them - you won't be sorry!

Wonderful product & customer service!
I ordered the pink collar w green lettering for my kitty. The collar arrived per my request but I just didn't think the lettering was dark enough. I contacted the company, they responded immediately and told me to mail it back, they would replace it at no charge with the color I wanted. The replacement color arrived with navy lettering about a week later. It's perfect! Excellent customer service!

Excellent product...finished edges, clear, precise engraving, all information (including a complex microchip number and web address) complete and accurate. Arrived much more quickly than anticipated. Very, very satisfied with this product and would definitely order from this company again.

Good Tag
The tag looks well made. It is smaller than I expected but it's the perfect size for my Morkie pup.

Clean & readable -- love it!
Looks great and I love how customizable it is. The only thing I'll add is if you're planning on getting the FreezeTag ID holder or something similar, the small 1" tag's hole isn't large enough to fit on there. (I have it alone on my dog's collar with his rabies and petlink bundled next to it.)

Nicely Engraved
The mall round one is perfect for our Shih Tzu. The text is easy to read and well done. Good quality metal.

Absolutely perfect. The engraving is legible, good quality, and the smallest tag is just about the size of a nickle, but much lighter in weight. It came with a tiny key chain ring and easily fit right onto my pets collar.
