Manufacturer actually read the review and responded with a full refund. Kudos to them! It was much appreciated. If you like coffee that tastes like coffee, this is not the one for you. It is simple and easy to make - just add water and stir. It dissolves well. But, the flavor is not there. This product tastes like water with cinnamon and a mild touch of mocha or vanilla if you have the variety pack. I tried varying the amount of water as suggested, but it's still not good. I would return it if I could. Very disappointing.

Tastes like if you took a cup of coffee dumped out 3/4 of it out and filled it back up with water. Watered down flavored coffee. No bueno
