This is probably their best flavor yet! I have an allergy to walnuts and most banana bread mix has walnuts and to my surprise it was sunflower seeds which I thought were delicious!

These still have that hint of grittiness that protein bars have. I was expecting it to be more bready, but it’s very much a protein bar. Still, I liked this one because of the clean(ish) ingredients and the amount of fiber in one bar is also incredible. Those are the two main reasons why I’d buy these again.

Nice to have organics. Can grow bored of these after a while because of the outer shiny sticky feel and sharp taste. But better than others.
