So we bought two of these for my two older kiddos. I was excited about the prospect of eliminating plastic bags in my kids lunches. One was fine; sturdy and does the job of holding my kids lunch without the mess of several plastic bags. The other one was totally defective. The top doesn’t stay at all all. One small move and it comes flying off so I know it won’t make the trip to school without dumping its contents into my daughters book bag. It could just be that I just got unlucky. I wrote the seller to see about a replacement and will update my review after I hear back.

Works great. Washes up really well/really easily in the dishwasher. The perfect size for my preschooler's lunch. (I'd definitely say it's too small for an adult lunch.) One thing to note: it's not suitable for liquids--they'll spill under the dividers into the other compartments, and probably through the lid too.

I got my Green Lunch Bento box for my birthday in June. I did not start using it until I went back to work at a school in September. Daily I made my lunch (salad), put it into my work bag, put it into the staff refrigerator, ate my lunch and hand washed it every night. After less than 3 weeks of use, one of the compartments cracked. It was never dropped or mishandled in any way. I was super excited about my new bento box and now I am super bummed.I got two different Bento boxes and this is the larger, stacking one that cracked.

These are good for the price but have some issues. The lids weren't very secure and I worried about them coming open in my kids insulated lunch boxes. I bent them a little to stay on more firmly and it helped a little. I put them in the dishwasher and they came clean easily but they get water spots very easily so recommend hand drying. One of ours broke but it was definitely not because of normal wear and tear. If it hadn't been stepped on sideways it would have been fine and held up. When I replace the one that broke I will likely go with a different brand that has a more secure lid. The logo also stated coming off super quickly. I prefer it without but if I wanted it on there I'd be upset at how easily it washed off. I feel like I got my money's worth with this product, but ultimately wish I had paid a little more for better quality.

Bought this to pack snack/lunch for my son to daycare.It's easy to use, easy to clean and has a simple and elegant design.

Everything fits in, really great container, better size for lunch and sandwiches. I got the big one for lunch and the small one for snacks.
