Perfect for grip training
This thing is heavy duty! I leave it in my gym back (a little heavy for that) and use it at the gym almost every session to help my grip strength. The oversize roller allows you to hit angles you are not used to getting and the free spinning allows you to do wrist curls and extension as well.

You really can't beat it
For the price you can't beat it. Solid construction and spins freely. It's a little heavy but once you load it up it doesn't matter. The paint is a little slick but it's fine and adds a degree of difficulty. Like I said you can't beat it for a quarter of the price of other competitors.

Great Grip Workout
This thing is a tank. Super heavy duty. It has to weigh 10 pounds by itself. It rotates freely and is a real grip workout. I can do 140lbs on the 2.5” and can only do 95lbs on the 3” handle. So be aware of that. Would buy again

Awesome forearm workout
Seems like a solid deadlift handle, especially for the price. I don’t have the brand name alternative to compare this to, but I’m more than happy with my purchase!

Not bad
Not bad for the price, heavy and bulky. The only issue I have with it is the material of the grip handle. The handle seems to be made of some type of ceramic material or something like it. I used metal Olympic plates with this Titan 3 grip handle. When my grip got weak I dropped the handle on the weight plates, I did this several times. I noticed several deep indentions all around the grip handle like it was chipping away. So, make sure you're using rubber-coated Olympic plates instead of metal. Besides that it works great.
