Perfect and smooth pump swap
Perfect fit on my 2010 Tahoe. Everything came out and went in really smooth. No leaks at all, thermostat seems to be working normally. I do recommend changing out all hoses as well as new coolant. Great OEM replacement !

OE Spec
Part Number matched OE Water Pump I replaced and everything came as it was described. Install was fast and easy and the water pump works well. Still diagnosing an overheat issue on startup, but will burp the coolant system a couple more times, otherwise I may need to replace the thermostat that this pump came with. For now, 4 stars... 5 if overheat goes away after burping the system. 3 if it indeed came with a faulty thermostat. We'll see.

Straightforward OEM replacement for 5.3L
Installed this ACDelco water pump on a 2011 GMC Sierra WT 5.3L as a direct replacement. This unit was sold by ACDelco. Fit and finish were exactly what I expect from OEM-grade parts. The pump came with quality gaskets, and the thermostat housing and thermostat were already installed, which simplified the job and reduced parts handling during install. Installation was straightforward with no surprises or fitment issues. Everything aligned correctly and sealed without leaks on first startup. Post-install testing was done in 100°F+ Utah summer conditions, including extended stop-and-go traffic. Coolant temperatures stayed stable the entire time, and the truck never showed signs of heat soak or creeping temps at idle. So far, this performs exactly as an OEM replacement should. If you’re looking for a no-drama water pump that installs cleanly and maintains cooling under real heat, this one does the job.

Super price for a factory pump
Super price for a factory pump. Ac-Delco has some items that I dont much care for the quality on, but this pump was done right including a stainless plate on the back where the impeller is. Fit great, and does the job.

The thermestat it came with was faulty. Made my truck overheat.
