Gentle stomach relief
This is a great, simple, safe product. I take 1 cap 30 mins before lunch and dinner, and it really helps with my gastroparesis. The ingredients are high quality, and its a very trusted brand. The pills are easy to swallow with no taste or smell. I would recommend starting with 1 cap twice a day and working up slowly if needed. The directions on the bottle are super helpful as well.

Healed up FAST from trusted brand
This stuff worked in 3 nights of taking it for SIBO. My pain is gone and I am on the mend with a new diet and MotilPro. I don't really understand what it does I'm just following the plan. I'm glad I did! I'm healed! Plus I trust anything that Pure makes!

Helps with digestion and motility
Although some people have complained that these cause a burning sensation, I would describe it more like the sensation you would get when swallowing strong peppermint oil pills. Yes, these are strong. You also need to make sure you drink plenty of water since they do seem to have a tendency to feel like they "stick" half way down when swallowing them. I actually like that warm feeling I get in my stomach. To me, it feels soothing, like they are helping to break up that full, bloated feeling as though all your food is just sitting in your stomach like a rock and not moving or digesting. People have a tendency to be vague when describing digestive issues, worrying they are sharing "too much information" but this doesn't serve those who are looking for help to specific problems they may be facing. I have had SIBO and lean towards constipation. I think these help move things along preventing any recurrence of SIBO. Ginger is known to be a great digestive aid and I feel taking 3 of these before bed each night have helped with motility and soothe what can be an otherwise painful condition. I hope this helps those who are looking for feedback that addresses this type of problem.

Good product, however my supplements arrived spoiled! Buyer Beware! Do not purchase from Amazon.
The bottle was not opened or damaged upon arrival - but it has been very hot this summer, so this packaged arrived very warm right off the postal truck - there was no special cold packing, just a regular amazon mailer. When opening the supplements I immediately noticed a strong smell, just like Apple Cider Vinegar, but I thought perhaps it's supposed to smell like that? Since this was my first time purchasing and using this product, I didn't know what to expect, so I took the recommended dose for 2 days - feeling worse and worse all the while. But, since I have Sibo and IBS, it can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint exactly what is causing your symptoms (stomache upset, diarrhea ect). As I continued to decline, I knew something was off, so I contacted the manufacturer - and they said that Motilpro should NOT smell like apple cider vinegar (just like ginger or have not strong smell), and to immediately stop taking the supplement, and and return it - which I did (holding on to 3 pills in a tightly sealed container for later comparison). I then purchased Motilpro directly from the manufacturer website, and by compared it to the pills I had received from amazon. The new pills had a subtle odor, closer to ginger - and not like the pills I'd gotten from amazon. By this point, this 3 pills from the spoiled packaged had begun to smell like Mayonnaise (even though they were just over a week out of the package) - and the difference between the two shipments was obvious. This is a big deal, especially for those who are fighting SIBO because food poisoning is a leading cause and contributor to the illness. So, for a product that's supposed to help you heal your MMC to potentially make you sicker or cause a relapse is devastating. With ALL that said - I've been taking the new pills regularly, and they work great for me. I take them in between meals and I can feel activity begin in my digestive tract almost instantly.

A bit pricey but a quality product
This product is certainly on the more expensive side, and it sucks that the serving size is three capsules because it's sometimes inconvenient. However, I think for the purposes of improving gut motility and even reducing inflammation, it is very helpful. This, in tandem with magnesium glycinate/citrate, has been incredibly helpful in improving my bowel movements and preventing constipation. I didn't find the after-taste to be at all disagreeable, you can taste the ginger but it is not something overwhelming. The good thing is that while the serving size is 3 capsules, it contains 180, so should last you nearly two months if you take the serving size once a day.

CAUTION if prone to acid reflux!
CAUTION if prone to acid reflux! I am a fan of PURE products having various supplements, so thought I'd be fine with this one for motility. Unfortunately, not. Within about 10 minutes, I develop strong acid reflux in the esophagus area. Now I am prone to that and have a hiatal hernia that really doesn't bother me. But for some reason, this product does. Is it too much ginger content )1,000 mg)? Should have purchased a small size of a ginger supplement to test first. Subsequent research indicates ginger can cause reflux. So won't be taking any more of these.
