I didn't love the color, but a little copper spray paint and antiquing and it's perfect! It's super light, and mostly easy to install. The only problem I had was the tubing was coated in thick plasticy overspray from the finish. It just took a minute with a pair of pliers to break it up and strip it off the tubing. Once I did that, it fit easily on the pump.After my changes, this is exactly what I was looking for! A cheap fountain that looks fabulous, and will be easy to move with me.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this fountain. I received it in 5 days. It was so easy to install; less than 15 minutes. Most of that time was drilling the hole. I was looking at a fountain on Wayfair last summer but was reluctant due to the price. It was almost $500. But this fountain was just what I was looking for. It matches my home and garden perfectly. I’ve got many compliments already. People complained about the noise but I love it. Sounds like a tropical rainforest or something. I put some filler rocks inside to prevent the light splashing I noticed yesterday. That seemed to do the trick. I’m highly satisfied with this purchase.

Overall I think this was a good buy, a few things I didn't care for are more than offset buy the price. I though they could have done a better job with the accent paint on mine it was uneven. The fiber glass construction makes the water falling sound a bit off, kinda a drum effect, but this is minimized when full enough that the water is high enough to cover the open space in the back. I also feel like the flow adjustment on the pump is almost completely ineffective pretty much full steam whatever you do. I would recommend using a smart plug to turn it on and off but isn't necessary. Buy one and I think you will be happy with it.

Had to modify the hanger because it was different than our old concrete fountain. Pricing concrete fountains are outrageous now. You can buy 7-8 of these for the price of this one! Installation was much earlier due to the weight.

The product seems to be sufficient, but the hanging clasp is loose and cannot hold the water bath on the wall very securely. I am going to have to buy some ribbed plastic anchors with screws to fit into the back of the fountain so hopefully that will make it stable enough to hold the water weight without falling down.I realize this was not an expensive fountain, but even when I called Lampsplus and talked to one of their engineers he did not have any other way to offer me to make it work better. Not a good system to hang this on the wall the way it came to me!!

I can’t attach the pump to the fountain hose. The fitting on the pump is too small. The included adapter doesn’t fit the pump or the hose. I tried to contact the seller via the Amazon link and I’m sent to a page that just says “Error”.Update - Here is the email I sent to Lamps Plus after receiving what they must believe will solve the problem:I received the replacement pump for the fountain I ordered for you. I have no idea if this or the previously included pump actually work because it is not the pump itself is not the issue in question. The pump you include has an output valve that is exactly the same size as the tube on the fountain. Both have ODs of 13mm. Because of this, it is impossible to connect the pump to the fountain. There was an adapter included with the pump; but the adapter is completely the wrong size to be able to connect to the pump or to the fountain. The adapter must connect the pump orafice to the inside of the hose which has an ID of 10mm and the adapter is meant to fit a hose with an 8mm inside diameter.The fountain still can't be used. This is terrible quality control. You include a pump that can't connect to the fountain, I tell you that, and then you send exactly the same thing as a replacement? Please advise how you will correct this issue.

This was so easy to install. Works well and is a great value for the money. I was actually surprised at how well it is made.

Very easy to install, noisy for my husband, for me it's just perfect, I have a large deck and patio, so you can heard it. Water splash a little outside the fountain, but, it's outdoors so, I don't care. Overall I love it!
