Cute
I bought this bag and another for my nieces for travel. I love that it comes with a little purse that matches. Will upgrade if we have no problems when we travel.

Zippers broke within 3 weeks!! Straps feel unreliable
I loved this book bag but after 1 month both zippers broke!!! I’m going to try n get it replaced by seller. I bought it for my 9 year old daughter. She loves the lunch bag/ purse. The pencil case is pretty small. Some pencils barely fit the length. I gave it two stars because it’s still a very pretty book bag but I wouldn’t plan on putting heavy loads of books into it. It’s pretty light weight and straps don’t feel very secure to hold lots of weight.

Cute but not sturdy.
Very cute. My 7th grader thought this would be the perfect bookbag, but it pulls apart after 2 weeks. The lunch bags is very small can't fits her snack. Needless to say she was very disappointed.

Zipper broke same day it was delivered
We just got the backpack after a horrible shipping ordeal. One of the zippers already broke! Thankfully there are 2 zippers, but I'm very disgruntled about the quality of the zippers, they are light weight and flimsy. Did like the feel of the canvas, seems like it'll be durable. I still have 30 days to decide if I'm going to send back.

Both zippers broke. Useless now.
My daughter liked the color but both zippers broke after the first week of school. I cannot recommend to buy. Save your money.
