This might work with a different watch, but I’m skeptical. The Polar Ignite watch I purchased to view the heart rate results refused to find or connect to this device. Could not connect to the Polar app, no way to actually see the heart rate, so this is useless. I used to have a great Polar HR monitor that worked with a basic display watch, the new products are trying to have so many functions but the most important one (Heart rate monitor.. hello) didn’t work. Disappointing, huge waste of time. Why doesn’t Polar make a basic display watch for HR anymore?

It was like talking to a rock.Website surprisingly bad and uninformative. This company has been around for so long, can't believe how bad everything but possibly the product itself is so incredibly poorly performing.(They have partnered with MovePRO Alogo, so will go that route to use this for heart rate monitoring.)
