Regular glasses cases have clock-spring metal hinge that snaps the case closed and holds it open when needed. However, this spring-like metal always breaks, making the case useless after a time. So, I set out on a mission to find a glasses case that does not have the typical short-lived clock-spring hinge design and found this product. The hinge on this case is comprised of the same material that covers the entire outer surface of this glasses case in unison with the inner liner material, thus, this soft hinge runs full length of the case, ensuring the stress of opening and closing the case is spread out full length of the case itself. And this case is solid and durable and attractive as well with ample storage for various size eyewear. If I am correct in my assessment, this eyewear case will outlast the spring-loaded variety by a mile.. The big flaw in Amazon Reviews is that random products by the same manufacturer are dumped into the same pot. Two negative reviews here that provided provided photos are not the same product I reviewed here. That is why Amazon Reviews are pretty much guesswork when researching a purchase. You might have the correct manufacturer but could be seeing reviews of multiple products by that same manufacturer. Because of this, I have wasted a lot of time trying to figure out if the item I am looking at is worth purchasing.

Works as described. Strong magnetic closure , comes with cleaning cloth . Soft felt lining inside. Perfect size for my glasses but I am turning this one into a custom fountain pen holder

I am truly enjoying this glass case it is very appealing to the eye and well-made.

These are very nice eyeglass cases, I have purchased and used two of them already but I can't give them a full 5 stars because the oval end pieces have a tendency to separate from the main part of the case and then fall off. This requires some minor and quick repair with super glue to re-attach the end pieces back in place. After making this repair, all is well for many months or even years of heavy usage. The case is nice looking and the magnetic flap is excellent. I really wish they would use stronger glue on the original manufacturing.

Ordered this in the Q-coffee color and thought the item was of a very nice quality for the price. It fits a pair of reading glasses well, but probably not a pair of sunglasses. The case was hard enough to protect your eyeglasses. I loved the cream colored trim on the case as well. Returning the case only because I was looking for a lighter shade of brown, which I reordered in another color that I was just what I was looking for.

It's just as cute in person as it is online. It's slim while also being a hard shell, and the magnet has held up. I use them for my eyeglasses and they're perfect - I can't imagine they'd fit the bulk of sunglasses.

I have purchased this twice. Each one lasts about a year or so before it starts to self-destruct. The end pieces are glued to the main piece and that is what fails. A bit of hot glue tacks them back together. Wish they were sewn together or used a better method for assembly. I love the size-it fits my Ray Band sunglasses perfectly. And the case is tucked snuggly into a front bike pack. It doesn't get jostled around in there.
