Not secure
Straps are to soft slip when dog moves about, seen better straps on cheaper. Models. sides have no strenght so if puppy leans on them they collapse. Have had to Adapt the sides and straps to make It more secure. Don't think I'll use this once my puppy gets a bit bigger and he's only a baby pom Weighing 2kg. Shame as it looks good and the seat is made from good Material.

Straps won't stay tight
Dont waste your money on this product, its cheap for a reason, its poorly made, the straps won't stay tight.Which makes it unsafe. probably one of the worst products I've ever brought.

Suitable for small dogs/puppies
Good seat but unfortunately puppy kept getting his claws caught in the side netting, this caused him to become distressed until I unclipped him. He didn't settle in it unfortunately but the concept is good for small dogs/puppies to have a confined space when traveling.

Not a puppy thing
Bought to bring new puppy home in but found her claws just kept getting stuck in mesh ,hopefully this won't be a problem when she gets bigger otherwise its a pointless purchase

Excellent for safety and comfort
Ideal product for our puppies to travel safely it is easy to wipe clean and plenty of room for them to settle comfortably

Poor quality
The pet car seat is really flimsy and the support bars come out all the time causing it to collapse. Would not buy another.

It's lovely but the clip inside is not so good
I didn't like the strap inside the seat I shortened it and it's loose so the belt inside the seat became long and my puppy was able to climb out of the car seat
